Small Group Council Member (Church-wide Small Group Ministry)
Description
The Small Group Council’s vision is to see the Small Group Ministry of the church flourish. The Small Group Council will establish church-wide strategic direction for the Small Group Ministry of the church, ensure church-wide coordination of the Small Group Ministry, and evaluate the Small Group Ministry. The council will ensure that systems and processes are in place for training and development of Small Group Leaders, Coaches, and Directors. The Small Group Council Members will work with the Small Group Council Director in fulfilling the mission of the council.

· Will attend one Small Group Council meeting per month to strategize, coordinate, and evaluate
· Will participate in and support Small Group Council sponsored ministry programs as available

· Be
willing to serve one year while t
· Be an active Small Group Coach representing one Congregational Pastor to the Council
Time Committment
· ~2 hours/month – Meet with Small Group Council to strategize, coordinate, and evaluate
· ~4 hours/quarter – Participate in and support Small Group Council sponsored ministry programs
