1.
Pay $15 for class text & materials. Scholarships available (ask instructor) if
needed. Text is Nine Keys to Effective Small Group Leadership and will be provided
by instructor.
2.
Read Nine Keys homework assignment before coming to the
class related to that chapter. Chapters are
about 20-30 pages in length.
3.
Meet with your class to discuss content and participate in
training sessions. Class participation is essential. Attend class consistently and begin/end class
on-time.
4.
Make-up any sessions you miss by reading the associated
materials, submitting questions to the trainer, and discussing the chapter with
the trainer.
5.
Sign-off from your instructor will occur each time you complete
a Nine Keys module (read chapter & participate in class or interactive
session with trainer). A certification
award will be given to participants upon successful completion of this course.
6.
Encourage other class participants to apply what they learn in
their respective areas of ministry and to contribute what they learn to the
class. This will support them in their
ministry and maximize your learning experience.
