Instructions

1.        Pay $20 for class text & materials.  Scholarships available (ask instructor) if needed.  Text is “Coaching Life Changing Small Group Leaders” and will be provided by instructor.

2.        Read text chapter each week or do preparatory activity before coming to the class.

3.        Meet with your class to discuss and apply Coaching methods and principals.  Class participation is essential.  Attend class consistently and begin/end class on-time.

4.        Make-up any sessions you are unable to attend. If you miss a class session, please complete the homework for that session and setup a time with the instructor or his/her assistant to review the content of the chapter.

5.        Sign-off from your instructor will occur each time you complete a session (read chapter & discuss in class or review with instructor).  A certification award will be given to participants upon successful completion of all sessions.

6.        Encourage other class participants to apply what they learn in their respective areas of ministry and to contribute what they learn to the class.  This will support them in their ministry and maximize your learning experience.
