Crossroads Fellowship
Blue Notebook - Leadership
Orientation Part 2
Session Description
This session answers the question, Where is God calling me to serve at Crossroads and how do I find that place of service? It will orient you to the tools available to help you assess what God might be calling you to do and how you can hook up with the leadership at Crossroads to pursue that calling.
Session Objectives
Crossroads is committed to helping you respond to Gods calling on your life and to equipping you with what you need to fulfill this calling. By the time you complete this session you will (covers Orientation steps 1 & 2):
Be positioned to complete several self-assessments to better understand your calling
Understand Crossroads organization and opportunities so you can pursue your calling
Have action steps to follow through and step into a leadership role at Crossroads
The prior session, part 1, laid the foundation for how Crossroads works and what, in general, is expected of you as a leader. This session address the specifics of your calling and where you could actually serve.
Session Participation
This session targets new and potential leaders who want to serve in partnership with Crossroads. Existing leaders needing a refresher on orientation topics or looking to walk other potential leaders through the orientation process will also benefit from this session.
