Crossroads Fellowship

Blue Notebook - Leadership Orientation – Part 1

Session Description

This session answers the question, “How does Crossroads work and what is expected of me as a leader?”?  It will orient you to the expectations of a leader at Crossroads and the support systems in place to help you in this role.

Session Objectives

Crossroads is committed to helping you respond to God’s calling on your life and to equipping you with what you need to fulfill this calling.  By the time you complete this session you will:

•         Understand how Crossroads works (orientation step 3)

•         Understand what the life of a Crossroads leader looks like  (orientation step 4)

The next session, part 2, will help you take this understanding and match it up with your specific interests in serving and see what action steps are necessary to make this happen.

Session Participation

This session targets new and potential leaders who want to serve in partnership with Crossroads.  Existing leader’s needing a refresher on orientation topics or looking to walk other potential leaders through the orientation process will also benefit from this session.
