Bottom Line: A leader meets with a coach about 7 times total per year to be cared for, supported, and equipped.

o 3 huddles, 1 one-on-one, 1 group visit, 2 church-wide meetings

o 3 “as needed” contacts/meetings with coach or church-leadership

- The goal for these contacts is to experience adequate “care, support, and equipping”

- Any huddle could be replaced by a larger group setting or a one-on-one or other gathering as deemed appropriate by the coach & leader (e.g. “All Singles Leaders Meeting”).

- Note that this schedule does not include a leader’s meeting time(s) with his or her small group members. Examples of such meetings would include the actual small group meeting, one-on-one meetings with individuals in the group, meetings with the group’s apprentice, etc.

This example is intended to be one potential way that the schedule for a leader could be divided up over a year. The purpose of having such a schedule is to help provide a balanced ministry framework for the leader. Crossroads desires that all of its leaders experience personal life transformation themselves even as they help others grow in their own walks with Christ.
