Chuck’s Commitments to Small Group Ministry
(Three 30 minute talks - 1 to all
small group leaders, 1 to small group council, 1 to Wed night group leaders)
Attend one small group leader huddle during the WINTER SEMESTER and speak on a leadership topic to help all
small group leaders. OUTCOME DESIRED: My desire is that all small group
leaders would feel the importance of their role and hear straight from the
Senior Pastor how important they are. They would also leave with
something helpful that would help them lead more effectively. WHAT THIS WOULD
LOOK LIKE: You talk to the leaders for about 30 minutes and then you
could leave. TIME: 30 minutes, 7:00-7:30pm (or whenever you can
get there).

Attend one Small Group Council Meeting and share your heart/vision for small group
ministry at Crossroads to help us recruit council members for the next year
Aug-Sept. OUTCOME DESIRED: My desire is that the council would grasp the
depth of your commitment to, belief in, and vision for small groups at
Crossroads and how they will ultimately be the sustaining factor in our impact
on the City of

Attend one Wed night leader gathering (huddle) during the FALL SEMESTER and speak on a
leadership topic to help Wed night small group leaders. OUTCOME DESIRED:
My desire is that the small group leaders on Wed night would feel the
importance of their role and be willing to “sign on for the long
haul” with an added focus on apprenticing and raising
up other leaders. They would also leave with something helpful that would
help them lead more effectively. WHAT THIS WOULD LOOK LIKE: You talk to
the leaders for about 30 minutes and then you could leave. TIME:
30 minutes, 7:00-7:30pm (or whenever you can get there).
